We ship to Canada. Customer pays a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 USD.

Easy Returns

Return any unworn and unwashed products if the tags are still attached within 20 days. Free return shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US.

Embroidered or any customized product CANNOT be returned. We do not offer free return shipping postage outside of the US, please review the sizing when ordering.

We DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN shipping from Puerto Rico and Canada.

We offer embroidery services

Please add the custom embroidery $14.99 fee to your order. We work with a third party company for this service so please allow up to 10 business days from order date to ship. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for any embroidered product.

Do CYTY clothes fit True to Size? Sizing may vary by design. Most women's designs run small. Size up recommended. Please be sure to read the full product description and item details before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, ask - support@cytywear.com
Do you produce sustainably? Yes, we are serious about promoting environmental awareness and offer ONLY sustainable uniforms.
Can I return a Gift Card or E-Gift Card after purchasing? A Gift Card or E-Gift Card purchase is non-refundable, non-returnable.
Can I exchange or return items purchased with an E-Gift Card or promotional voucher? Items purchased using an E-Gift Card can be exchanged for other product(s) or returned for a Store Credit. We will not issue a cash refund on returns when an E-Gift Card is used. Items purchased using a promotional voucher cannot be returned or exchanged and has no cash value.

Do I need to register before ordering? No, you can order as a guest, but register now and save time on your next order. Also, you gain access to special deals and hear first about future discounts.

How will I exchange my product? If you want to exchange, please return the product(s) to CYTY office. Email us at: support@cytywear.com with the order no., and the desired replacement item(s). Once received, we will send you the new item(s).
When will I get my refund? We’ll process your refund you within 1-3 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
