SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this shipping policy and other legal pages appearing anywhere on www.cytywear.com

Your placing of order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected.

We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.

If you decide to modify or cancel your order, you can easily do so by sending an email to support@cytywear.com

You are required to give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date as orders cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date. Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.

Products available on our website can be shipped within the territory of the United States (which includes the fifty (50) states and District of Columbia). We also ship to Canada, however, we do not provide free shipping and free return postage. Customers from Canada will be charged shipping.  

Shipping Fees
Shipping prices for each order will be displayed at the time of payment check out. We offer free shipping for orders that are above $50 and only within United States.

Shipments Are Delivered via UPS®, FedEx® and Other Carriers (“Third Party Carriers”)
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Please ensure that you have included complete address, including apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.

At this time, products delivered by Third Party Carriers are only available for delivery in the United States. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available during select holidays.

A signature is not required to receive your package; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.

Orders are expected to be delivered on or before the selected delivery date unless unforeseen delays beyond our control arises.

The product will be at the Customer’s risk upon delivery.

During peak periods such as holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide delivery confirmation in timely order. However, we assure you that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered within the scheduled timeframe.

If recipient's number is unavailable, incorrect, or not responding, the delivery of your package may not be possible and as such the recipient is obligated to collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs from scheduled delivery time.

If the delivery is "refused by recipient", the order will be considered as "delivery attempted" and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case unless in cases where the delivery arrived damaged
